BETTER PAIN starts with an evaluation!

Before we set up your Shockwave Therapy treatment sessions we will need to get to know you. Our survey helps us better understand your primary problem and if Shockwave Therapy is right for you.

Once you complete the survey our team will be reaching out to you and schedule you for an initial evaluation with one of our Doctors to conduct baseline testing, and to ensure that Shockwave Therapy is the right treatment.

Diagnostic Ultrasound might be indicated and is included with your evaluation. It can help us evaluate for any tendon or joint damage, inflammation and swelling.

You will also receive an initial Shockwave treatment to your most painful area.

The evaluation is $100 and takes about 25 to 30 minutes.
